After placing an order, you will be asigned a dedicated style rep who will reach out to you via email to help you fine tune your fit, answer any questions you may have and keep you updated on your orders.

When your custom garment arrives, let your style rep know if minor adjustments are needed to achieve the perfect fit. All orders that need adjustments will be given a tailor credit as determined by our customer support team depending on each scenario. After adjustments, we will refine your measurement profile for future orders.
